Which materials do you supply for pharmaceutical packaging?
We produce blister PVC and high-barrier PVC, APET and RPET rigid film, PVC/APET laminated sheet, cold-form aluminium, PTP aluminium foil, tropical foil, metallized barrier film, composite laminated film and HDPE, PET and PP bottles for oral solids and liquids.
Can you match a film or foil specification we already use?
Yes. Send the existing datasheet, gauge, width and forming depth and we will confirm whether the structure can be matched, and which parameters such as slip, seal window or coating weight need to be agreed before a trial run.
What compliance documentation is issued with an order?
Orders are produced under ISO 15378 and GMP with a batch certificate of analysis, a compliance statement covering USP <661> and EP 3.1/3.2 where applicable, and material datasheets. Additional declarations can be added to the specification for a specific market submission.
Do you supply recycled-content or PVC-free options?
Yes. RPET rigid film carries declared post-consumer content with certificates, and mono-PET or polyolefin structures are available where the product's moisture sensitivity allows. Our engineers will confirm which option fits your barrier requirement.
