Expanded Composite Film and Medicinal Foil Capacity

We have expanded capacity for composite laminated film and medicinal aluminum foil, with the aim of shortening lead times for repeat programmes.

What changed

• Additional converting capacity for laminated structures
• Dedicated D-class (100,000 class) cleanroom areas for film and foil production
• Printing, dry lamination and curing managed as critical process steps

Why it matters

Laminated film and foil structures now carry more of the supplement and single-serve volume. Capacity in these lines shortens lead times for established structures and makes trial quantities easier to schedule.
